Environmental Science
Environmental Science is a non-residential Learning Community.
First year Environmental Science majors are enrolled in the corresponding INTD 1810, LC: Environmental Science
course.
Students will have the opportunity to meet others who share their major, as well as connect with Professor John Clausen. Dr. Clausen will provide an overview of the environmental science major, will talk about career options and areas of study, as well as introduce students to resources and opportunities available to them on the UConn campus.
Environmental Science majors can also consider applying to live in EcoHouse, a Living & Learning Community where students who share an interest in environmental and sustainability issues live together in a residence hall and share in working on sustainability projects on campus and/or in the local community.
