In the Spring 2025 semester the Learning Community Council (LCC) will meet every other Tuesday at 5pm! Any student with previous or current membership in a Learning Community may join the LCC. 

Students on the LCC serve on projects and event planning teams which focus on key aspects of the Learning Community experience. The LCC provides students with a larger network of inter-Learning Community friends, opportunities for innovative thinking, leadership growth and development, insight into the Learning Community experience and its operations, and more!

The UConn Women’s Center and WiMSE Learning Community are collaborating to host a Women in STEM Networking Night, a dynamic event designed to connect undergraduate women in STEM with faculty and career professionals from diverse fields. This event offers a valuable opportunity for students to build their professional networks, gain insights into various STEM career paths, and receive guidance from experienced mentors. Attendees will engage in meaningful conversations, learn about research opportunities, and explore potential career development resources. Whether students are just beginning their academic journey or preparing for their professional careers, this event aims to provide a supportive environment to help them thrive in their chosen fields.

• Floor Mentor of Character and Inclusion
• Innovative Programmer of the Year
